We are a direct-marketing firm working with a group of advertisers globally. We are on a lookout for a hardworking and responsible person to help us manage, create, implement and supervise policies/regulations of the company.
There are quite a lot of new functionality needed and we hope that the new employee/s will consider this as a long term employment and be willing to work with us on our future office in Kuala Lumpur.
-Responsible for the spectrum of Human Resources functions including managing and providing administration support in recruitment, payroll, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, tenancy management, preparation of HR documents and reports
-Participate and assist in internal and external recruitment activities which include: sourcing and attracting candidates, organizing database of applicants’ resumes, application forms, test results, profiles, etc. , conducting initial screening and interviews for suitable candidates, setting recruitment targets and providing necessary inputs in the hiring process.
-Responsible for employee benefits utilization such as wages, claims, allowance, leave, etc.
-Execution of administrative tasks including filing, office maintenance, etc.
-Familiar with statutory government bodies requirement such as EPF, SOCO, Income Tax, Employment Act 1955, etc.
-Work with team managers efficiently and help them organize with schedule
-Perform ad-hoc assignments/tasks assigned by the Superior
-Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business --Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
-Required language: English
-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Good communicating and writing skills, positive attitude, and able to work independently and with a team work
-Fast learner, highly organized and can follow instructions perfectly
-Must be willing to multi-task and to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
-Required skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
-Adept with internet research, google drive/google apps, Skype
