Hi, I can revise your approved residential drawing into a full Stilt + 4 floor package while keeping the existing column grid, setbacks, and circulation unchanged. I will remove the first-floor bedroom as requested and convert that area into an open balcony, then stack and coordinate the updated plans for all floors. I will also update the elevations, sections, area statement, and schedule of openings so the full drawing set matches the revised layout properly.
