Hello,
I have recently purchased a property in Long Beach California, and intend to completely demolish it to rebuild a new modern contemporary house. It is located in the Los Cerritos area of Long Beach where you will find 100 year old homes of different architecture designed by famous architects of the time, and I would like to design a house which will compliment the neighborhood. The property is also across the street from a public park, so I would like nice views of the park from the house, perhaps even an overlooking balcony. Some things to note about the property is that it is only 50 feet wide, however there is an alley way from the back which will lead to a garage, so that will save some room on the front. I would very much like a house that is asymmetrical, and curb appeal is most important to me.
