3D Furniture & Interior Rendering

A family business TV Cabinet manufacturer requires ongoing photorealistic 3d furniture and interior designs for our website. Currently the company has 20 different TV cabinet designs which are available in Floor models and also in floating wall hung models. We require different 3d photoreal living room scenes to be created for each floor and wall hung models, so a total of 40 scenes need to be made. The 3d models of the cabinets will be the same for both floor and wall hung models however the floor models will require feet and legs to be added. The scenes should also include things in a living room like coffee tables, rugs, lamps, sofas etc in a ultra modern styling. Hardware such as hinges will also need to be included forphotos of the interior of cabinets. The cabinet will be provided to you in a 3d dxf file, created by our cabinet making program. These can be easily imported. We require 5 photos to be 3d rendered for each scene showing different angles or close ups of the products. Some of these 5 photos, may show a different colour material of the cabinet or we may require the cabinet to be shown in a different size within the scene. Photos will need to be made in either Cinema 4d of 3ds max and need to be in 1920x1080 resolution. Photos must be photorealistic and should look similiar to the photos we have attached to this project. There will be many more projects to be completed immediately aftert this project so we are looking for long term relationship. We will need these cabinets to be shown in more colours and more sizes down the track. We will also require models for buffets/sideboards and coffee tables after this project and other graphics and 3d designs for the website. The person/company who will win this project will be passionate about their 3d work, can work fast and accurate, be honest and professional as well as providing highly competitive prices due to the ongoing nature of the work. We would like the project to be split into 4 or 8 milestones so payments can be made after each stage is completed Please quote 2 prices for the project to be considered. Quotes with 1 price will not be looked at. Quotes should be seperated to show pricing for these 2 requirements: 1. The first price will include the rendering of all the photos to be completed by you. 2. The second price should include all scenes and angles to be savid in seperate files. Each photo will then be rendered by us. If the scenes can be gpu rendered by a 1080ti graphics card much faster than normal, this would benefit us and you. Thanks Michael
