Editor for construction project

Job Description:
Hello,
Looking for some help editing my work projects. We are slowly growing construction company who would like to show our progress to the customers by trying to make eye pleasant content.
I'm trying to film/capture every single aspect of the project. I have an idea of what should be in the videos, but I'm always open for suggestions.
Videos would include.:
* Site visits with briefly introductions of what was completed since last visit. (filmed by me)
* Due to the fact that I might won't cover all over site visit, I would like to film some dialogs in the studio ( at Home) just to top it up what's missing. (filmed by me)
* Some animations would be necessary (open for suggestions) Project has SketchUp file and Enscape 3D could be provided by our designer.
Current project.:
We completely renovating 2 storey property. It includes extension, loft conversion and really nice designing.
Footage.:
Canon 250D (including additional microphone for site visits)
