Adopt a Blender pipeline: Grease Pencil boards → Eevee previz → Cycles finals with ACES and OIDN denoise for rapid iteration and cinematic quality. Build modular environments and a unified facial rig (visemes + expression sets) to keep lip‑sync clean, enable reuse, and make late edits low‑risk.
