Conversion of space to Modern 1 bed apartment.
Expectation: Create 3d and 2d working drawings with dimension for implementation of the work including sizes of furnitures, bed etc. working drawing must have all dimension for easy implementation.
floor area is 41sqm in an upper floor that will be converted to Apartment. There’s challenge and limit to breaking walls
There’s existing WC, but we need to
To create shower area
TP create open kitchen area + washing machine space (probably within kitchen cabin)
To have Small sitting area then bed. If bed can have small demarcation from sitting area, for privacy that will be preferred, but if it will affect beauty, we leave it open.
Part of sliding door has fixed glass which could be covered from inside with plaster board if there’s need for more wall space
Design has to be modern and elegant with the wow effect
Stage 1 is to 1st make rough sketch to mark and identify all positions. Note the two windows are also high level windows with just 32cm distance from floor
