I have a 3D model originally developed in 3DS Max that I purchased from TurboSquid.com. I used their free conversion service to convert the model to Blender for use in a simulation that uses Blender's game engine. A link to the model is given below:

There were a few problems in the conversion. A few objects did not convert properly. For example the buildings with the arched entryways no longer have an opening at each arch. It is filled in solid black. The textures all show up properly in the main Blender view port, but the ground texture and some of the buildings disappear when the game engine is started. All of the textures disappear (everything shows up white) when the scene is rendered. A screenshot of the model as rendered by the game engine is attached.
I would like someone to:
1) Fix the arches on the front of the buildings so that there is an opening like in the original model.
2) Fix any texture/mesh issues that are preventing some of the objects from showing up properly in the game engine.
