You will receive role descriptions, must-have credentials, location preferences, and salary ranges from me at the outset. Your task is to build a strong, vetted pipeline and present it in an organised format I can move straight into the screening phase. Deliverables • A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing each prospect’s name, current role, location, key qualifications, and direct contact details • The candidate’s latest CV or publicly available profile link • A brief note on how each lead meets the core requirements and where they were sourced Acceptance criteria • At least 10 qualified medical specialist profiles per vacancy supplied within the agreed timeline • Contact details verified and current • Profiles align with all mandatory criteria provided in the brief Once the sourcing batch is approved, I will take over communication with shortlisted candidates and keep you updated on placement outcomes.
