HR Recruitment & Training Lead

My company is scaling and I need an experienced HR specialist who can jump in right away to do two things: fill several full-time roles and create the corresponding employee training that will set those new hires up for success. Recruitment • Own the entire full-time hiring cycle—from drafting job ads and sourcing on LinkedIn or Indeed to screening, interviewing, and coordinating final offers. • Keep me updated with clear metrics: number of candidates sourced, interviewed, shortlisted, and hired. Training • Design concise onboarding materials plus a 30-day learning path tailored to each role you fill. • Deliver slide decks, checklists, and quick-reference guides my managers can reuse as we grow. Timeline I need the first shortlists within the next few days and all key positions closed, with training assets ready, as quickly as possible. Speed matters, but quality is non-negotiable. Acceptance criteria • At least three qualified finalists per role. • Finalized training package submitted no later than one week after each hire’s start date. If you have a track record of rapid full-time recruitment and can craft practical onboarding content, I’m ready to get started immediately.
