Once you narrow the pool, please deliver a concise dossier for each prospect: CV, contact details, brief English-fluency assessment, and your notes on how the individual aligns with translation, business development, or customer support. Timelines are tight, so an organized approach and clear communication are essential. Feel free to suggest additional sourcing tactics or complementary language skills—knowledge of Hebrew or Arabic could certainly help—but fluent English remains the must-have requirement.
