I need help sourcing and short-listing entry-level IT Support talent through Indeed. If you already run an active Indeed Employer account, you can jump straight into posting, sponsoring and optimising the listings so they reach the right candidates within the Technology space. Must have own indeed employer account Here’s what I’d like you to handle: • Craft a clear, keyword-rich job ad that meets Indeed’s quality guidelines. • Publish the ad from your Employer dashboard and adjust any sponsorship settings we agree on. • Manage the applicant flow for seven days, filtering for basic qualifications, work authorisation and availability. • Present a daily spreadsheet (CSV or Google Sheet) of the strongest applicants, including résumé links and your quick screening notes. Acceptance criteria • Job post live on Indeed within 24 hours of project start. • Minimum of 25 unique applicants delivered by day seven. • At least 10 candidates must fit the entry-level IT Support profile (basic hardware/software troubleshooting, ticketing exposure, solid communication skills). • All candidate data shared must comply with Indeed’s terms and local privacy rules.
