NIKSI is hiring a full-time, Latin America-based wholesale real estate specialist to own both acquisitions and dispositions for U.S. deals. You will: • Speak with motivated sellers, qualify leads, analyze ARV/repairs, make offers, negotiate, and secure contracts • Build and work a verified cash-buyer list • Market deals by phone, text, email, and investor relationships • Qualify buyers and proof of funds, negotiate assignment terms, and coordinate with title through funded closing • Keep the CRM, follow-up, pipeline, and daily KPI reporting accurate Requirements: • You must live in Latin America • Proven U.S. wholesale acquisitions and/or dispositions experience • Evidence of deals you personally helped take from lead to closing • Fluent spoken and written English • Strong negotiation, follow-up, CRM, ARV, repair, assignment, and closing knowledge • Availability during U.S. business hours • Independent, accountable, and focused on results Pay: $5-$15/hour based on experience, with performance-based growth. 30+ hours/week.
