The Vision I am building a real estate wholesaling company and platform designed to operate like a machine. The goal is not just to wholesale houses individually. The goal is to build a scalable system that can run high deal volume through structured workflows, automation, and team roles. The long-term goal is to build a company capable of: • consistent deal flow • systemized acquisitions and dispositions teams • strong buyer relationships • organized deal tracking • automated lead management • a professional public brand The vision is to scale into a high-volume wholesaling operation generating millions in revenue through structured systems rather than chaos. This is being built from the ground up with a custom platform that will manage the entire workflow of the business. ⸻ Current Stage The platform is currently being built with a developer. I am looking for someone who can step in as a strategic operator and founder’s right hand to help ensure the platform and business are built correctly. This person will help: • communicate with the developer • refine workflows • review features • ensure nothing critical is missed • help prepare the business for launch • eventually help manage operations The goal is to eventually grow this role into a General Manager / Head of Operations position once the business begins scaling. ⸻ The Platform Being Built The platform is designed to run the entire wholesaling operation. Features include: Seller Lead Intake System A system where sellers submit their property information. The system will capture details such as: • property address • condition of the property • seller motivation • timeline to sell • contact information Leads will then appear inside an internal dashboard. ⸻ Internal Lead Management Dashboard Team members will be able to: • view incoming seller leads • categorize leads (hot, warm, cold) • track contact attempts • update lead status • assign leads to acquisitions team members This dashboard will act as the central operating system for lead management. ⸻ Deal Analysis Tools The platform will include tools to help evaluate deals such as: • repair estimate ranges • ARV analysis • MAO calculations • deal scoring This allows the team to quickly determine if a lead is worth pursuing. ⸻ Acquisitions Workflow Acquisitions team members will: 1. Receive a lead 2. Contact the seller 3. Gather additional property information 4. Run deal analysis 5. Present offer options to the seller 6. Get verbal agreement 7. Send contract Once the seller signs the contract, the deal moves to the next stage. ⸻ Contract Signed System When a contract is signed: • the deal automatically moves into the dispositions stage • the deal becomes visible to the dispositions team • deal details are organized for buyer review ⸻ Dispositions System Dispositions team members will: • review the deal • verify numbers • prepare the deal for buyers • market the deal to investor buyers • negotiate assignment fees • secure a buyer This system will help manage the buyer side of the business. ⸻ Buyer Network System The platform will track and organize investor buyers including: • contact information • buying criteria • areas of interest • price ranges • deal preferences This allows the company to match deals with buyers quickly. ⸻ Buyer Deal Distribution The system will support sending deals to buyers through: • deal posting • buyer alerts • deal summaries • deal marketing material This allows the dispositions team to efficiently move deals. ⸻ Internal Team Roles The platform is designed around structured team roles such as: Acquisitions Team Handles seller communication and securing contracts.
