I want a small, fast-loading directory built with React that I can later wrap as a native Android or iOS app. The public side is only five screens: • Home shows a grid of service categories, starting with “Professional Services.” • Tapping a category opens a list of the providers in that category. • Selecting a provider brings up a detail page with the provider’s name and full service description. That’s all the end-user sees; no extra actions are needed there yet. On the back end I need a lightweight CMS where I can log in, add, edit, or delete categories and providers, and manage every data field displayed in the app. A clean, minimal UI and clear component structure are important so I can extend the project later. Please keep the codebase modular, use modern React (hooks, functional components, Vite or Create React App), and prepare it in a way that will make future React Native conversion straightforward. If you rely on any libraries—for example React Router, a UI kit like MUI or Ant Design, or a simple Node/Express API—note them in the readme and keep the stack lean. Deliverables: 1. Source code for the React front end (5 screens). 2. Source code for the CMS admin panel. 3. Simple JSON or lightweight database schema for categories and providers. 4. Setup instructions so I can run both locally.

Hi there, I can build a lightweight, modular React directory using modern functional components and hooks, with a clean 5-screen user interface and a secure CMS admin panel for managing categories and providers. I'll keep the stack lean using React, React Router, Vite, and a simple Node/Express API with a lightweight database, ensuring the project is fast, maintainable, and well-structured for an easy future migration to React Native. Question: Would you prefer a lightweight database such as SQLite/JSON for simplicity, or MongoDB/PostgreSQL for easier scalability as the directory grows? Kindly send me a message to discuss more in detail. Thanks.

Hi there, I will deliver the five-screen React directory (category grid, provider list, detail page) plus a CMS admin panel, all wired to a lean Node/Express API with a lightweight database schema. The codebase will use hooks, functional components, and Vite, structured so a React Native conversion later requires minimal rewiring. You will get a short update at the end of each day. Questions: 1) For the database, do you prefer MongoDB or a simple SQLite/JSON file setup? 2) Do you have a UI preference (MUI, Ant Design) or should I keep it custom? Share your category list and I will scaffold the schema today. Ready to start whenever you are. Kamran

Hi, The React Native angle is the part I'd design around from day one. We rebuilt a recovery-support mobile app in React Native with a WordPress-backed content layer, so category and provider data was CMS-managed and the same data model carried into the app. Marijuana Anonymous: React Native app with CMS-driven content. For your directory I'd keep the five screens as pure functional components with hooks, all data fetched through a thin API so the web front end and the future React Native build share the same layer. The CMS I'd back with a simple Node/Express and a small schema for categories and providers, admin login for add, edit, delete. One question: do you want the CMS as a separate admin panel, or embedded routes behind login in the same React app? Adil

Hello, You’re not asking for “just a React app” , you need a clean data model now, so the mobile version won’t become a rewrite later. I can build the 5-screen React directory with a modular structure, then pair it with a lightweight CMS/admin panel for categories and providers so every field stays easy to manage. I’ve built similar web apps with React, modern hooks, and lean backend setups, and I can keep this stack simple with a clear path for future React Native conversion. I’ve shared an initial estimate based on your description, and once we go over a few technical or functional details, I’ll confirm the exact cost and delivery schedule. My focus will be on reusable components, clean data flow, and a setup that stays fast and easy to extend. Will the CMS use a simple JSON file, or do you want a real database-backed admin panel? Looking forward to your reply so we can finalize the exact plan. Thanks, Asad

Hello, I work with React.js and Frontend Development for small CMS-backed apps with clean screens and simple data flow. Your service directory needs category grids, provider lists, detail pages, and an admin area to manage categories and provider descriptions. I will build the public React screens with functional components and a lean structure that can later map well to React Native. For the CMS, I can add a simple Node.js API with JSON or a lightweight database, login, CRUD forms, and clear setup notes for local use. Best regards, Teo

Hello! As per your project description, you are looking to build an React Service Directory with a simple public experience where users can browse service categories, view providers within each category, and open provider profiles containing their name and full service description. Alongside this, you need a compact CMS that allows you to manage categories, providers, and all information displayed on the public side. My focus will be on creating a fast loading and clean React interface with reusable components, straightforward navigation, and a structure that can later be adapted into a native Android or iOS application through React Native. I specialize in React, React Native, Node.js, Express, REST APIs, CMS development, responsive interfaces, and modular frontend architecture. I can use a lean stack such as React with Vite, React Router, and a lightweight Node/Express API where required, with clear documentation of the selected libraries and setup process. The codebase will be organized so future developers can extend the directory without unnecessary refactoring. Let’s connect to discuss the CMS fields, data structure, React architecture, and future mobile requirements so we can keep the first version simple while preparing it properly for expansion. Best regards, Nikita Gupta

Hi, I can build this as a lean React directory with a separate authenticated CMS, keeping the architecture simple today and ready for future mobile expansion. I recommend React with Vite, React Router, reusable functional components, and a lightweight Node/Express API. The data layer can begin with SQLite for easy local setup while using migrations and repository boundaries that allow a straightforward move to PostgreSQL later. Categories and providers will have validated schemas, stable identifiers, ordering controls, and clean CRUD endpoints. The public interface will be mobile-first, fast-loading, accessible, and limited to the approved screens. The CMS will provide secure login plus category and provider creation, editing, deletion, search, and field management. To simplify a future React Native build, I’ll keep business logic, API contracts, validation, and data-access functions independent from browser-specific UI code. Delivery will include both source projects, database schema and seed data, environment configuration, concise README instructions, and basic tests for core API and admin workflows. Relevant directory examples can be shared privately where client permissions allow. Question 1: You described Home, provider list, and provider detail; what are the remaining two public screens? Question 2: Should the first release support provider images, contact details, locations, sorting, or only name and service description? Regards, Houssame

Hi, It looks like a clean directory MVP with a small CMS to keep the data fresh. A five-screen public flow is straightforward, but the CMS has to be easy to use so you can maintain it without friction. I’ve built a similar product flow before with a React frontend and a minimal admin panel—like Coastpay’s dashboard, which was built to stay lean and easy to extend. The CMS part usually ends up being the part that benefits most from a simple component structure and clear state management, so we can keep it minimal while still allowing future growth. I’d approach this in two parts: a React frontend with a router for the category and provider pages, and a separate admin panel that talks to the same backend schema. Using a simple Node/Express API for the CMS would keep things lightweight, and we can expose endpoints that mirror the public data so the React Native conversion later is just a matter of swapping out the view layer. The schema itself would be flat—just categories and providers with a foreign key—so no complex queries. The biggest unknown is how the data will grow over time, but starting with a simple JSON file or SQLite backend keeps the setup fast and avoids overbuilding. If you end up needing more fields later, the schema can expand without breaking the existing flow. Thanks, Denis.

Your React directory needs a clean data model now, or future native conversion gets expensive. I’d keep the public screens and CMS driven by the same category/provider schema, with small reusable components and API calls separated from the UI. For the mobile path, I’d avoid browser-specific logic inside components and keep routing, data access, and presentation independent. Vite, React Router, and a lightweight Node/Express API would be enough here without adding unnecessary packages. The admin panel would cover login plus category and provider CRUD, including every field shown publicly. I’d also document the stack, schema, and local setup clearly so both apps are easy to extend. For the initial version, should the CMS login use a single configured admin account, or do you need multiple admin users?
