1) we need to make an application for android and apple

2) it should be very secure

3) it should be free for particular university students and staff

4) other than particular university member they need to pay for using the application

5)it should have some Security questions

6)if the password is incorrect 3 times the id is going to be block if you want to unblock you should come and meet with student central in university Campus .(this point is olny for university student)

7)if the password is incorrect then we are asking the security questions which i mention above. This point is other then particular university member

8) you can read maximum number of books and topics

9) it can be translated to any 10 languages

10) any one can operate the application any where from the world

11) student can save and delete the history from application

12) it should have fingerprints lock

13) give a name to this project student wanted to change the name of his dissertation
