I need a well documented reusable Python template that includes: database connection, section for MS-SQL SELECT statement so results can be utilized in email, section to email results including to:, cc, subject, body which display SELECT STATEMENT results in HTML table format. Section with INSERT STATEMENT with logic that results pass with 1 or less row returned from SELECT STATEMENT section mentioned above. Test result of pass fail, date, and other static values inserted into another MS-SQL database table. Database connection closed.
