Web Scrape Data and then Store in a Database

I require a Python expert to write and provide me code which will scrape data from a website and store it in a database. Please review uploaded file for more specific details, i.e. URL and database format.
This will be used on a Linux server and run using Cronjob to perform data collecting and storing automatically, once per week.
I require all source files, python and database files.
