(2) Simple motors, for example

the motors are to maneuver the Raspberry pi.
(3) Pi Camera (day and night vision camera)
(4) Simple motors to mount the Pi Camera on the Raspberry Pi. The motors are to rotate and tilt the viewing angles of Pi Camera

With above (1) to (4), we can make Raspberry Pi a mobile security camera LOCALLY. We can maneuver the robot, and we can control the viewing angle of Pi Camera
But I want to make it become a remote control mobile security camera. “Remote” means that I shall be able to control the devices for example when I am a few thousand miles away from home, as long as I have internet access. I shall be able to control:
• The robot to turn right and left, to move forward and backward
• The viewing angle of the Pi Camera
• Turn on and off the camera
• In the future, maybe record the video somewhere, but this is next step. I will extend the project later.
You have to explain all the details of the code, the hardware, and all wires connections.
