Design a rule base expert system for a mobile robot to move from its current position to a goal position while avoiding obstacles in a 50 by 60 matrix. The rover can orient itself in 8 directions +/- 45 degrees to move from one cell to another cell. Rover can detect the 3 cells in its current orientation. Goal is to avoid the cell if there is a obstacle in that and reach destination. Rover can move by one cell at a time until it reaches destination.
