Hey there, I am a certified python (pcapp) / machine learning programmer with five years of industrial experience. I see that you want to classify flowers into different five categories. You want manual feature extraction using HOG,SIFT and SURF with 75/25 split. In the end, all of this in a web application using python. I shall use flask framework for connecting python with GUI built using state-of-the-art tool.
