Odoo 13 enterprise - Custom emails

I need the incoming and outgoing email server to be configured on Odoo 13 enterprise and 2 custom emails to be implemented. Please note the content of the actual email templates will be designed later by myself. I need the flow to be implemented. Here are requirements regarding two custom emails:
1- Product Assembly Guide email:
- Can be manually emailed from the sale order page.
- Product Assembly Guide email is product specific. So we need 5 email templates and manually we should be able to select one template to be emailed to the customer.
2- Product Review Request:
- Can be manually emailed from the sale order page
- Product Review request email is product specific. So we need 5 email templates and manually we should be able to select one template to be emailed to the customer
