Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Python developer to create a script that will allow me to convert KML (Coordinate system WGS84) files to DWG/DXF (Coordinate system CH1903+, LV95) format. There are two specific requirements for this script:
The first option is to convert the KML to DWG/DXF format while maintaining all attributes linked to each object. This means that every object in the resulting DWG/DXF file should have its corresponding attribute data (including the original Attribute name) that was present in the original KML file.
The second option is to convert the KML file to both DWG/DXF and a separate Excel table. However, the table must have an ID that corresponds with every object from the DWG/DXF file. This means that for every object in the DWG/DXF file, there should be a corresponding row in the Excel table with the same ID and all of its associated attributes.

It is important that the resulting script is efficient, reliable, and capable of handling large KML files with complex geometries and attributes. The code should be well-documented and easy to understand, with comments that explain the various functions and algorithms used.
