Graphical User Interface (GUI) for start/stop different python scripts

I have python scripts which have different functionalities from each other and the scripts are in different directories. Instead of running each one seperately, I want to have a panel (GUI) for calling these scripts with "start Script1", "start Script2" etc... button names. Some scripts are required to run periodically forever (nonstopping), some are only running once when I click the start button. So I need a stop button for periodically running scripts. I prefer python but if you can do this job easily with another language, it is okay for me if you provide me good instructions to understand/modify your code. You can consider scripts as "print('hello world1'), "print('hello world2') etc to be practical. Just design a GUI to call/kill different basic python scripts.
