Abstract
Our goal is to obtain an algorithm that dynamically builds a RegExp based on datasets of strings, able to identify (match) all those strings labeled by boolean.
Our training dataset is an Array of Objects, let’s call it UrlPair, containing the following properties:
URL: str
discard: bool
Each dataset is grouped by Domain (ie. [login to view URL]). The goal is to build a singular RegExp able to identify all the URLs labeled by discard: false, thus excluding from the match any URL with discard: true.
Practical example
Assume the following dataset [View on pastebin]:

If our algorithm is fed with the above example, it should output the following regex:
\/job\/\d+?\/[\w-\d]*?\/\?LinkSource=PromotedJob
Note the domain is truncated being the route the only relevant part, as the datasets are grouped by domain.

Build a function, calculateRegex(UrlPairs), where UrlPairs is an array of objects having:
url: str
discard: bool
That returns a single RegExp pattern able to match all the urls flagged with discard:false, and
absolutely exclude all those labeled by discard: true
