Nous cherchons à développer une solution globale pour la gestion de l'entreprise (ERP) et dans laquelle nos client seraient aussi acteurs.
A ce jour nous avons 3 systèmes de gestion: Gestion de l'administratif (devis, commandes,BL, factures), gestion de la production (OF, planning...), gestion des stocks, achats et données techniques.
Notre activité principale est la production de prototypes conçus par nos clients. Dans ce domaine il nous faut beaucoup communiquer et les échanges sont parfois très nombreux. Une interface type ticketing, la possibilité d'effectuer un suivi de commande et un historique centralisés des échanges devient indispensable.
