Create Gif Maker out of CSV file

I require someone to make a programm to create GIF for every row in the CSV file , with Text data in specified colums. E.g Python with PIL module The size of the GIF has to be: width 1020PX, height 350PX The files should be uploaded to a folder named “logo2” with a format like this [login to view URL] where D01 means day one and M01 means month 1 (E.g Date 25th May = file name [login to view URL]) Please make sure that you use Polish diacritic where appropriate Functions: Need to be able to change; The Background colour Text colour Text colour 2 (If colomn D == 1 ,change to Text colour 2, only for holiday ) Font Font size Resolution Transition time Alignment (left, right and centre) Output Folder name( "C:\\GIF_Automated\\2016\\") I attach the following files: Excel file: with the data -Word document: which provides you with the content of the columns in the excel file -2 GIFs showing you roughly how the GIFs should look (examples are for 1st July “[login to view URL] and 2nd July [login to view URL] ) -CSV File
