We are building a voice recognition prototype application, with voice to text automated transcription for capturing meeting minutes.
The application will be written in C#, using Microsoft Cognitive Services Video API.
The transcription will be in the form of a script (displayed in real-time across the screen) and will not only include what was said, but who said it. The application will need to identify attendees of the meeting and will use a list of supplied names and email addresses to register voices to people in the meeting. Following registration of each attendee, there will be a point the meeting recording starts, a point it ends and the transcription of what is said by who. The resulting transcript is hen emailed to the registered participants.
The successful applicant will receive a full detailed functional and technical specification document, including app wireframes. The successful applicant may also be invited to work alongside us as we develop additional similar and commercial applications using Microsoft Cognitive Services APIs, on an ongoing basis.
The application must be written in C# and must utilise Microsoft Cognitive Services Video API to identify the attendees and transcribe the meeting.
The successful applicant will be provided with license details to Azure.
The application must be developed by Wednesday 7th March. This delivery date is fixed and not negotiable. Please do not apply unless you can meet this deadline with the finished product. Delivery after this date will forfeit payment of this project.
Only applicants who submit a proposal will be considered for the project.
