Objective:
-Be able to send SMS from a Twilio number based on a stored sql database of customers -
-Be able to automatically respond to an SMS from any customer based on their response.
Requirements:
Language, python or node.js, preferably python
Data to be uploaded and stored in Huawei elastic cloud
Initially database will have only four (4) fields, Name, Number, Location, Send.
