We need an how-to documentation to make functional the helpdesk & support module in openerp6.

We also have configured the email gateway correctly, we need only the rule in "automated action" to create issue automatically from the customer email.
We need also a customization of a customer access to the webplatform where he can view his issues and can create manually other issue (not only by email).
We think for this last feature is need to customize groups and user and permission to menu and functions.
We can give all modules installed and versions (at request), to be able to recreate the same ambient.
