I don't care where you are located, but I need someone that is awake during USA times and that has very strong english skills

I have a pyqt application that I am making in qt creator that I need help completing. The person I am looking for will be able to write code for me but also explain to me how it works. Here is the application I am making:

Overview of the application:

The user selects the "show" in the upper left and the "playlist" next to it. They click "load playlist" and it fills up the middle of the screen with a list of "shots" that were in that playlist. It could load hundreds of shots or just 1 or 2.

Next the user can enter in notes for each shot or they can select options from the pulldown. They can click submit for each shot or they can press the green "submit all" in the upper right and the program will go through each shot and submit the changes.

I can do the work on actually taking the shot data and submitting it to our database, but I don't know how to create these shot level boxes and text boxes on the fly. And I don't know how to have the shot level "submit" button grab all of the data for that shot (the pulldowns and the text boxes) and send them to a function.

I don't expect that it will take a really long time to help me with this. A few hours at most. I can supply you with all of the code that I have so far to make this interface and you can help me make dummy functions that I can fill in later with the real code to submit the data to the database. Thanks!
