The [sic] rule is the part most bidders will skim past, so let me answer it first: I type what is on the page. If the note says "recieve", you get "recieve [sic]" - not my correction of it. Your notes, your call on what gets changed later. Same for line breaks, headings and underlining - preserved where they fall, not tidied up. On the ambiguity log, I will key every entry to the page number and give you the surrounding words, so you can find the spot on the scan in seconds: p.4, line 12 - "...before the [????] meeting..." - two words, first may be "board" That is more useful than a bare list of unreadable words, and it is how I would want it handed to me. I will work in the Word template you share rather than my own formatting, so nothing has to be reconciled afterwards.
