Judicial Review ('JR')

I am looking for someone who knows housing and understands issuing Judicial Review ('JR') proceedings to the Royal Courts of Justice, Admin Court, against local authorities in the UK.

I am looking for someone that can offer me assistance in preparing an application for JR for my housing matter. Which will comprise of the following:

- N461 Judicial Review claim form

- Statement of Facts and Grounds

- Collated Bundle of documents that support your claim (e.g. emails, letters etc.)

I would like for you to possibly do the following;

- Perusal and consideration of case materials

- Preparation of N461claim form

- Preparation of statement of facts and grounds (or if already prepared, editing and proof reading)

- Guidance on how to collate and prepare bundle of documents that support your claim

This work is needed to be done within the next 48 hours, due to a pending eviction and breach of homeless legislation, discrimination.
