My routine work has grown beyond what simple calendar blocks can comfortably handle, and tracking progress and deadlines is now the area causing the most friction. I would like you to design and implement a lightweight, intuitive system that keeps every daily task visible from start to finish while preserving the clarity I already enjoy from calendar scheduling. Here is what I need: • Analyse how I currently capture routine daily tasks and translate that into a streamlined workflow map. • Recommend the most suitable tool—Trello, Notion, or any equally simple alternative—then create the boards/databases, statuses, and views needed to monitor progress and deadlines at a glance. • Migrate a small sample of existing tasks so I can see the setup in action and confirm it meets my productivity goals. • Provide a short, clear set-up guide (screenshots or quick Loom walk-through is fine) so I can maintain the system myself after hand-over. Acceptance criteria – All routine tasks visible in one dashboard with due dates and status columns. – A calendar-style view that mirrors my current scheduling habit. – Ability to mark tasks complete and automatically archive them without breaking the history trail. – Your hand-over guide lets me replicate or tweak the system without additional help. Once the framework is live and I’ve verified everything works, the project is done. I’m aiming for a fast turnaround so I can start each day confident that nothing slips through the cracks.
