I have a steady stream of pre-qualified prospects or cold calls, who can save 90% costs using our property listings, and I need a confident closer to take them the rest of the way. Your role is close deals at pace, to pick up the phone, speak with these leads, email, message, answer any final questions, and secure the commitment. All contact information, talking points, and pricing details are ready for you on our CRM. You'll update the call notes as you go so I can track progress in real time. I expect a professional yet friendly tone that keeps the conversation focused on value and urgency, ultimately converting interest into signed agreements. Deliverables: • Daily call log in the CRM with outcome status for each lead • Recorded calls (or detailed summaries if recording is not possible) • Daily summary of closed deals, pending decisions, and obstacles encountered Success is measured purely by closed sales, so if you’re comfortable with emailing, calling and thrive on turning “maybe” into “yes,” I’m ready to get you onboarded right away.
