I already run an intranet that sits on Jira + Refined CMS with Confluence behind it, but the current setup feels scattered. I want to tighten it up so employees can quickly locate the right documents in Confluence and raise service-related tickets from the very same Refined pages without jumping between tools. The core goal is document management and service management. For the document side, I need a clean structure that lets people view Confluence pages inside Refined, with clear permissions and a search experience that actually surfaces the latest version of each file or page. On the service side, the intranet must present intuitive ticket-creation screens and service-request forms, then feed those straight into Jira Service Management so we can track and report on them end-to-end.
