If you consider someone who could play a role of Project Assurance, a person who would check if everything goes in right direction, according to PM/Scrum methodology and best practices - I will be happy to do this. I have PMI, Prince2 and DSDM Agile certifications. I also have many years of practical experience in working for agile and traditional projects. I believe, that the most effective is the approach which suits the best to the project, product and a team at specific time. In real life, it usually means something in between agile and waterfall. I'm also familiar with JIRA and its custom plugins. I'm able to define workflows which triggers some automatic actions, design reports (AIO Reports plugin) or prepare advanced JQL queries, which for example recursively indicates linked issues (using Script Runner plugin).
