This project is for clinical research which tracks the amount of transmissions a patient sends on a monthly basis. A patient is required to transmit twice a month during a monthly window. What we need, is a macro code that scans the "DataCount" tab and sends an email whenever the number of transmissions is less than two and the monthly window is closing. Example: Patient ID (Column A) Monthly Window (Column Y and Column AB) Events (Column Z) would need to have a number greater than two, five days prior to the weekly window closing.
