Electric Security Installation Management

I am at the planning stage of a nationwide security upgrade for the National Grid and need a seasoned project manager to take the lead. The mandate is to protect critical infrastructure by coordinating the full roll-out of CCTV cameras, electric fencing and access control systems across multiple sites. Here is what I need from you: • Translate our preliminary concept into a detailed, site-by-site project plan, schedule and risk register. • Source and manage specialist contractors, ensuring civil, electrical and IT works dovetail smoothly. • Oversee procurement so that every camera, fence energiser and controller meets grid-level compliance and is delivered on time. • Keep a tight grip on HSE, quality, cybersecurity and regulatory obligations, issuing concise progress reports to my senior stakeholders. • Drive commissioning and acceptance testing until each location is signed off and fully operational. Success will be measured by zero downtime during cut-over, on-budget delivery and documented evidence that the new perimeter and surveillance layers provide the protection our critical assets demand.
