Project Plan for Parenting Site Responsive Design

I need a project plan in two formats: original MPP and a Gantt chart as a PDF. I'd really, really like a draft of this TODAY.

The project is "Responsive Design and Search/Social Media Optimization" and below are the elements. Either use the resource name given, or where there isn't a name you can simply use "Resource #1", etc. for now.

1) SEO consultation and social media consultation (taking a month or so, using Katie as social media and Waziz for SEO)

2) Site redesign (taking another month or so, use Chico for design) -

“mobile first”, starting w smallest screen size 320 px wide and working up

3) Newsletter redesign – again, mobile first

4) Site development, including responsive (maybe six months, using two developers)

5) Redevopment of SavvyStories (not really sure what’s required here)

6) Content SEO optimization (Sara and Waziz SEO person, maybe a month)

7) Content migration (another month)

8) Re-integration into e-mail server (SailThru) and ad server (AppNexus)

9) Social media optimation/share bar (same developer plus Katie for social media resource, another month)

10) Expression Engine upgrade (one month)

11) Launch in about 18 months to give us time (it’s OK to launch early)

12) Newsletter blast to announce launch
