Contract Work Payment Calculation

**Project is to built a software to help calculate the earnings of a person by the amount of work he does each day. Which is entered by a user** **And then when wanted.. the user should be able to view the summary of that worker for that specified time perioid and calculate his earning** **Main Menu** **Login with either admin acct or user accounts** **After login** **User acct will have menu of** **1) ** **Enter Data** **2) ** **View/Print Data** **a. ** **Single Member** **b. ** **Job Data** **c. ** **Detailed Job** **d. ** **Verfiy Job** **3) ** **Payment** ** MAKE SURE TO SEE THE DETAILED Description OF THIS PROJECT.. Which is entered by a user** **And then when wanted.. the user should be able to view the summary of that worker for that specified time perioid and calculate his earning** **Main Menu** **Login with either admin acct or user accounts** **After login** **User acct will have menu of** **1) ** **Enter Data** **2) ** **View/Print Data** **a. ** **Single Member** **b. ** **Job Data** **c. ** **Detailed Job** **d. ** **Verfiy Job** **3) ** **Payment** **Operation Data to be Eneterd** **Daily Entry by a User for a work done by a Member** 0)Choose member 0.0) Member Id - enter the member id (then the member name should automatically pull up) (should auto populate, once the name is selected from the member name list 0.1) select from the list of member names (used when the user don't know the membe id, he can just select from the member name) 1)Date (default usually the current date), but should have option to enter any date 2)Job No : (Numeric data) 3)Model : ESP 01 (eg ) 4)Color: Blue 5.0 Category of Operation (select from the list) 5.1) Sub category of operation (auto show only operations of this category), from which now the user can select the operation 5.2) automatic shows the image related to that operation 6) Serial Nos : 20-35 7) Size: (Can be M or 37 ,,, so both type of data) 8)Qty: Numeric data 9)Rate: Auto populate the rate for that operation 11)Total Amt = Qty*Rate *A worker can do numerous operation in a day, so multiple data for a user should be possible **Master user(admin type)** **Add data / edit data / delet data** Shd be able to set the names of the members and assign a numeric id to each user Enter the types of Operation Category ( eg. Loading ) Enter the types of sub operations for each category ( Under Loading - Picking ) Upload the image of that operation ( a very small pic) Enter the rate of the operation : eg 4 for Picking ( ONLY MEGA ADMIN CAN PUT THIS RATE) and not the regular admin ( so one separate login id for megadmin for this rate) Enter the Job qty of the assosiacted Job No : Enter the cut qty assosicated with the associated job no: (This is happening as sometimes cut qty is more or less than the job qty), so if only 5 pcs out of job qty of 10 is cut..then worker can only make 5 pcs and not 10. **View Types with option to PRINT ALSO ( and export to excel also)** 1)Select The member and it displays the work he has done each day for the a)selected date range OR b)selected month Member Name : Jon Smith Date |Job | Model Color |Type of Sub Operation | Figure| Qty | Rate | Total Amt 3 march 2011 , 353, ESP 01 , Picking, Image here, 32, 3 , 96 3 march 2011 , 354, ESP 02 , Uplifting , Image here, 2, 5 , 10 Summary = 36 Operations, Amount Earned = 106 2) Select the Job No, and it shows the details of that job no Date | Member Name | Model |Color | Type of Operation | Figure | Qty | Rate | Total Amt 3 march 2011 , Jon Smith , ESP 01 ,Blue, Picking, Image here, 32, 3 , 96 5 march 2011 , Natalie , ESP 03 ,Blue, Picking, Image here, 2, 3 , 6 3) detailed job Same as above but will **also** show the below from the data entered 7) Serial Nos : 20-35 8) Size: (Can be M or 37 ,,, so both type of data) 4) Verfiy Data View Enter the job no And then the view shows like Job Qty | Cut Qty eg: 100 | 90 Now here it would list from the above detailed job but operation wise For eg. Loading operation details Blah blah Loading Sum: 92 ( difference = +2 ) Packing Operation details Blah blah Packing Sum : 87 ( -3 ) Despatch Operation details Blah blah Packing Sum : 90 ( 0 ) **Payment** Now the payments has to be made to the users. 1) Should be able to enter the payment made to the user and it calculates like a) oustanding payment b) advance payment 2) View/Print Option Operation Wise a. We select the operation and all users summary with that particular operation is listed along with payment to be made i.
