Basically im a finance director at a car dealership and im trying to convince the CEO that we need to stop charging our own car salesman and managers fees on their commissions so much as its actually hurting the company internally as we are getting to many ppl that are quitting to fast and it cost 30K just to hire and train people in. Ive been in the car business for 20 years and the car salesman used to make 100-150K a year back in 2002 every since 9/11 2002 the market has been down and more more fees have been showing up on our commission checks, now the average car salesmen makes 30 to 50K a year . We need to show some graphs about this and also I will also get a raise as well if we can convince the ceo of my car dealership to stop adding so many charges to commission checks and pay our employees more because if they stay longer we will bring in more business. We also have to convice the seo fast as we are buying a new 17 million dallor dealership and we need to start paying the employees now better or we will go out a business as the company will self implode as I will quit if I don’t get paid more and im the finance director
