We sell and install Audio Visual and I.T. products into homes and businesses.
Although we are small (2 Employees + ~4 Sub Contractors) we would like to start systemize our business process to ensure we start operating more efficiently.
At a minimum we would like to systemize the following areas:
1. Sales and Marketing
2. Supply and Production of Products or Services
3. Administration and Accounts
We want to create a repeatable system that manages the operations of each of these areas.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experienced in designing and developing business process
- Ability to analysis our business and recommend procedures that will improve efficiency
- Can Track progress of recommendations
- Strong Visio Skills (or equivalent)
- Existing example documentation i.e. workflow diagrams, etc..
- Good English skills
- Skype (or equivalent)
As part of your bid please provide case studies of previously projects.
