Hi. I am looking for someone to write a macro to automate a task that I currently do manually a couple of times a year. It can be done in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Access. See the attached file for an example of what I want the program to output. The macro should output the information based on my spreadsheet file (Excel format). Database fields include: Theme (Text) Code (Text) Description (Text) Price (£ Value) Photo Link (Link to photo location) The example file has the fields in the first 'cell' to show what should go where. The output files should come out in the same order as the spreadsheet, 9 to a page, but where the 'Theme' changes from the previous row then it should start a new page and remove borders from unused cells on the previous page. If there is no matching photo file then leave the photo space empty, or enter text 'N/A'. Photos will be formatted by myself to be all the same size as necessary to fit the box on the page. Hi there. This can be nicely done in Excel. We will have a separate sheet for your data input and an output sheet where it shows as your doc attachment. You will input the variables and it will bring up the results. I am mostly online. Lets discuss. Thanks..
