Our company manages revenue for hotels and resorts around the world. We have developed a very detailed set of reports using Excel. What we would like to do is to have these formulas duplicated and placed online with a login for each client. We would then like to be able to restrict access to these reports to only active clients. In addition we would like to be able to restrict them from copying the reports and formulas that exist, we are okay if they print the reports. In an ideal world we would replace excel, and rewrite the formulas to calculate on their own. We would also need a directory that accesses each report for each client. We have some clients with multiple properties and therefore we would need to be able to allow them access in a dashboard format for select properties. The client access would allow viewing and printing. The admin access would allow manipulation of the reports as well as viewing and printing and restricting/granting access. We utilize programmers and graphic designers on our staff, but this is above their level. However, I would like to have the part that you build given to them in such a way that they would add our branding to it and load it to our current servers.
