I need a circuit which can detect the heart beat of a person through a cloth he's wearing while driving. The circuit should be able to be fixed to the seat belt and should give a warning like a beep sound if the heart beat lowers (when falling a sleep) and high heart beat (anxiety, heart attack). Right now should be for an average person not athletes.
