Full-Time Print Shop Designer Required

I’m looking for a reliable, full-time graphic designer to help keep our design queue moving. I own multiple print shops, and we have a steady flow of work every day. Typical projects include: * Yard signs * Flyers * Banners * Simple text layouts * Client-supplied artwork preparation Most of our customers provide their artwork, logos, photos, and design notes. Your job will be to: * Create the initial proof * Upload it to our automated proofing portal * Revise designs based on client feedback * Upload the final print-ready file once the proof is approved Our workflow is fully automated. You’ll receive email notifications whenever: * New design jobs are assigned * Revisions are requested * Proofs are approved and ready for final production Expected workload: * 5–10 new designs per day * 3–5 revisions per day I’m flexible on compensation. We can do either: * A flat weekly rate, or * A flat rate per approved design If you’re organized, communicate well, and can consistently meet deadlines, I’d love to hear from you.
