Power BI Report Assistance

Job Description:
We need assistance in creating a Power BI that shows our service level performance on our jobs in a simple % we hit the target, and % we failed. We provide services to our customers that we have to "attend" site by a certain date.
We have data source from an Odata link that pulls directly from a database.
The database holds a few fields we can use:
1. Attended Score - This is automatically generated if the date we attend is before/after the target date. If we attend after the requested date, it marks is as either -1 or -100. If we attend before the date they requested it marks it as either 1 or 100. So minuses are fails and positivies are passes.
2. Sometimes the date we attend is blank in the database, because we havent actually done it yet, so if the requested date is before today's date and the attended field is blank, that also needs to be a fail.
3. If the requested attend date is blank, then just ignore that as we havent been given a target.
We simple need to add up all the fails and passes to give us a percentage.
When we have the above % we need to be able to create 3 x Pie Charts that show the different Priorities and their % we hit and failed.
We need to be able to slice is based on customer which we have a relationship to another database showing the customers.
I am struggling with the method of doing the above as I am new to Power BI.
