I understand the process clearly: • The flow will trigger when a new email arrives in the shared mailbox • It will extract the docket number from the subject (P / RP / SP prefix) • The system will search the SharePoint document library for the matching docket folder • It will then check for the correct country-code subfolder (EP, US, KR, etc.) • If either the docket folder or country folder does not exist, the flow will automatically create them • The email will be saved in the correct path: /Documents/DocketNumber/CountryCode/ Fallback handling will also be included: • If no country code is found → save in the main docket folder • If no docket number is found → route to a “Miscellaneous” folder I have strong experience building structured automation flows involving email parsing, SharePoint folder logic, dynamic folder creation, and exception handling.
