Good to see this project, Automating HR onboarding tasks, approval chains, and operational reminders in Power Automate with SharePoint as the data backbone is exactly what I do. I will architect each flow to be modular and well-documented, so your internal team can maintain and extend everything after the engagement wraps. One thing that makes or breaks these projects: structuring SharePoint lists and columns correctly from the start. Poor column design leads to brittle flows that break when someone adds a new location or changes a step. I will get that foundation right before building a single flow. Questions: 1) How many distinct workflows are in the backlog right now (rough count)? 2) Are you already on Power Automate Premium, or working with standard connectors only? Looking forward to discussing further. Best regards, Kamran

Manual HR and operations work only scales when SharePoint becomes the structured “system of record” and Power Automate is used to trigger predictable state changes instead of ad-hoc notifications. In a setup like this, Microsoft SharePoint holds the process data (employees, approvals, onboarding stages), while Microsoft Power Automate handles event-driven flows like approvals, reminders, and task handoffs across HR and operations. The key is converting each manual process into a clear state model (e.g., Submitted → In Review → Approved → Completed), then building flows that react only to state changes, with proper error handling and logging so nothing silently fails. Each automation should also be documented in a way your internal team can edit later without breaking dependencies or triggers. To scope this properly: which process is the highest priority for automation first—onboarding, approvals, or operational task tracking? Best regards, Fizza Nadeem K

Hi, Process automation consulting for HR and operations - scoping manual workflows and turning them into reliable, maintainable flows - is exactly the kind of work I do well. I've been building with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate, and understand how to design flows that non-technical teams can actually maintain after handoff. The key is clean conditional logic, solid error handling, and documentation that explains the why, not just the how. For SharePoint as the data backbone, I'd review your existing lists and library structure before suggesting any changes. Onboarding tasks, approval chains, reminders, and data hand-offs between systems are standard Power Automate patterns I can translate directly from your current manual processes. My approach for each workflow: scope with your team, prototype against real data, handle edge cases, then document at a level your internal team can extend without external help. How many automations are in the backlog, and do you have a priority order?

Multi-location setups are where Power Automate gets interesting, especially when flows need to work across sites without data crossing lines. I would map your manual processes, then build M365 flows connecting SharePoint, your CRM, and Salesforce. Most of these automations take 3 to 5 days each. Can start today. The bid reflects the description as written. Final numbers come after we walk through your actual workflows together. Want to jump on a quick call?

Hi, I can absolutely help you with automating those HR and operational workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint. Here's what I'd do first with building your flows: I’d start by mapping out the manual processes, then create structured flows to automate onboarding tasks and notifications. I’ll set up SharePoint lists as data sources to trigger these flows and make sure to document everything for your team's future use. I can deliver the initial automation process in 2 days. Say the word and I'll have a first version in front of you fast.

Hi, I `m Anna. ✨✨I `m prepared here to help you.✨✨ I understand you want to build Microsoft 365 automations for HR and operations using Power Automate and SharePoint. ✅✅✅How to manage your project. ✅✅✅ When generating the project approach section, analyze the project type and create a professional implementation plan based on the requirements. I will first map each manual process into clear triggers, actions, approvals, and exception paths, then build the flows in Power Automate with SharePoint lists and libraries as the structured data backbone. I can use C# Programming and .NET where custom services, validations, or integrations are needed around Microsoft 365, so the automations stay reliable and easy to extend. After testing against real scenarios, I will document every flow, including dependencies, naming, error handling, and maintenance steps, so your team can support it confidently after handoff. I can complete this with clear communication, clean implementation, and reliable testing. Best regards.

Manual HR and operational workflows slow down productivity and introduce errors. Automating these with Power Automate and SharePoint ensures reliability and scalability, and I've delivered similar solutions for enterprise clients. For this project, I'll architect flows to automate onboarding tasks, reminders, notifications, approvals, and data hand-offs, structuring SharePoint lists and libraries as the backbone. Each flow will be tested against real scenarios, with edge cases and error handling addressed, and documented for easy maintenance. This mirrors the approach I took on a multi-tenant hospitality SaaS platform, where I automated workflows across 70+ tenants, ensuring scalability and reliability. Milestone 1, delivered in under a day: a working flow automating one of your onboarding tasks, tested and documented. Can you share a sample process or access to your SharePoint environment so I can start immediately?

You need a consultant to architect and deliver maintainable Microsoft Power Automate + SharePoint Online automations for an automotive group’s HR and operations backlog. I will translate your manual, step-by-step workflows into well-structured cloud flows with clear approval paths, reliable reminders/notifications, and robust data hand-offs driven by SharePoint lists and libraries. The delivery approach focuses on: scoping each process with your team, designing reusable patterns and connector strategy, mapping inputs/outputs to SharePoint columns, and implementing conditions, error handling, and edge-case logic. Each automation will be tested against real scenarios and then packaged with documentation your internal team can use to maintain and extend the flows after the engagement ends. If you share the processes, existing list structures, and example data, I’ll align on an automation plan and produce flows that are dependable, auditable, and easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.

Treat the bid amount and timeline as rough placeholders for now. We'll firm those up once we've walked through the actual process list with your team. From what you've described, you've got a backlog of manual HR and ops workflows at a multi-location automotive group that need to be turned into reliable Power Automate flows, with SharePoint as the backbone for data and triggers. The key thing for you isn't just getting the flows built - it's getting them handed off in a state your internal team can actually own and extend without needing to call a consultant back every few months. Here's how we'd approach this: - SharePoint structure first: Before touching Power Automate, we'd audit or set up the lists and libraries correctly - column types, lookup relationships, versioning - so the automation layer has a solid data foundation to sit on. - Flow architecture: We'd build cloud flows using proper scoped connectors, conditional branching, and approval chains for the HR processes (onboarding tasks, reminders, sign-off routing). Each flow gets its own isolated scope so a failure in one doesn't cascade. - Edge cases and error handling: We'd build in retry logic, timeout handling, and failure notification branches from the start, not as an afterthought. Real data testing before sign-off on each flow. - Documentation per flow: Every flow gets a plain-English write-up covering what triggers it, what it does, where it stores data, and how to modify it - written for your internal team, not for other developers. - Power Platform best practices: We'll advise on reusable patterns (child flows, shared connectors, environment variables) so new automations can be built faster by your team later. After a short scoping call where we go through your process backlog, we'll put together a written proposal covering deliverables, flow count, timeline, and a firm price. Want to jump on a quick call this week to walk through the priority workflows first? Best, 96 Studio

Hi, this is Joshua from Davis. I have strong experience building Power Automate and SharePoint workflows for operations teams. I understand you need reliable automations for HR and operations that your team can maintain after handoff. I will turn your manual processes into clear workflows with structured SharePoint data, strong testing, and clean documentation. I can build cloud flows with approvals, conditions, reminders, and error handling tied to SharePoint lists and libraries. I will also design reusable patterns so your team can extend the automations with confidence. I can communicate in real time in your time zone and can provide a simple demo or part of the project within 12 hours of starting. Q1: Which process should we automate first? Q2: Do you already have SharePoint lists set up for the data source? Q3: What level of documentation do you want for your internal team? Best regards, Joshua
